  • Homogeneous Exposure Groups (HEG’s) are the people in a group that are exposed to the same risks and the groups are unlimited within a company.  The system is setup to manage your different homogeneous exposure groups, through the definition of each HEG including the positions.
  • A medical surveillance profile of each position in the company will be defined to determine the level and type of medical surveillance required

*RynMag HM combines the personal medical profile of all employees as well as the positional medical profile requirements and then records personal exposure levels for the personnel as well as the  positions when sampling of exposures are recorded.

*All personnel are managed within the system to maintain their baseline medical assessment levels, as well as the specific requirements of the specified position. The two profiles are managed simultaneously. The system will compile the specific medical surveillance that this person will have to undergo as well the combined intervals of the various medical tests or examinations inclusive of reminders to the person and superiors and automated interfacing with the medical examiner.

*Results are entered into the system through the said interfaces and the results are immediately available for quick reaction.

 * If the person changes from position the system will take his personal medical profile and integrate it with the new positions medical profile that will deliver a new medical surveillance profile for this person.

  • It is important that sampling is done in order to determine whether:

* The hazards that employees are exposed to, have changed?

* The equipment and resources used to lower the risk(s) are still effective?

  • The system do automated planning of the sampling that needs to be done:

*Time reminders for when the sampling needs to take place

*Different sampling models with complete process expectations

*The Homogeneous Group that needs to be sampled, the system will compile the sampling group either by: random selection, position groups or selection by law.
